AISHWARYA RAI and BRAD PITT in ‘BUDDHA’
Bollywood Star and former Miss World Aishwarya Rai and Hollywood Star Brad Pitt are likely to star in Shekhar Kapur’s “Buddha.”
For the time Indian beauty Aishwarya Rai act together with Hollywood heart throbe Brad Bitt.
Another Hollywood big name and himself a Buddhist Richard Gere is also slated to star in the proposed film. The Dalai Lama, whos deciple is Gere, has given his blessings for the project.
Kapur said his film would explore the idea of “searching for the spirit, for the self.” He said he was not interested in a straight telling of the story but wanted to offer an interpretation, which he admitted, could provoke a controversy.
In Budda a Prince will give up everything to attain enlightenment. Kapur’s project strring Aishwaraya Rai comes 13 years after Mira Nair faced agitation from Buddhists who opposed “Buddha” being shown as an ordinary human being. Nair had denied that she had no desire to offend the devout reports HinduTimes.

I am from Malta. I think Few Indians know about Malta. I saw Aishwarya Rai in a movie. Never saw a women lovely as her. Meanwhile she is a good actress.
